A unique stretching experience.
In order to release strained muscles and pent-up tension, a user is strapped into a loose "hammock" consisting of just a few wide cloth support bands: one under their lower back, another under their neck and head, and one under their thighs. It is possible to use fewer or more bands if you have special needs.
Once strapped into these supports, the user is lowered into a lying down position then gently hoisted off of the ground towards a cavernous ceiling, where they hang suspended for sixty minutes.
During this suspension period, the muscles of their body gradually relax and release, allowing the limbs to dangle freely. A user who was tense like a plank when lifted will find themselves gradually moving into a position more resembling a back-bend over the course of the hour.
The treatments take place in a large room with multiple users hoisted at once. Looking towards the ceiling you will see gently hanging bodies, like partially-wrapped cocoons. The room is quiet save for breathing, sighs of release, and the gentle sounds of the cables hoisting and lowering users. While this dangling, cocoon-like human air-sculpture can give new users the creeps, one hoisted session is usually all it takes to become a convert.
When your sixty minutes are complete you are lowered gently to the floor and unstrapped. You feel a few inches taller and as if the weight of the world has lifted from your shoulders.
